After this window, cancellations may not be accepted as cakes are made to order.
Refunds will be processed within 3 Business days to the original payment method.
5. Delivery and Pickup
We offer delivery services to select areas. Delivery charges may apply.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for the freshness of cakes not collected on time.
6. Quality and Complaints
We take pride in our products and ensure they are made fresh and with care.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product with details and photos.
We will review complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement.
