Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After this 2-hour window, cancellations may not be accepted as our cakes are made to order and preparation may have begun.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for orders canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customized cakes, special orders, and perishable items once prepared are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g., wrong flavor, design, or damaged goods).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
